Tuition fees are to be paid in accordance with lesson cost of the program you want to enroll by one of the two Payment Plan choices: Credit Card or cheque. Either method of Tuition Payment will agree to the following:
Pre-authorized monthly fee will be charged within the five days of each month or 10 postdated cheques have to be provided with the registration form.
It is understood that Speak Spanish Academy does not invoice on a monthly basis. Monthly installments are due within the first 5 days of each month.
Speak Spanish Academy reserves the right to cancel programs with full refund due to low enrollment. Minimum of 3 students are required to open a new group. In the event, this number is not reached 2 weeks prior to the starting day, we will try our best to provide you with other options that fit your schedule or we will refund full amount of all fees paid for this concept.
Speak Spanish Academy will give you a complete refund if you cancel up to two weeks before the classes start. For any cancellation with less than two weeks notice, we will provide credit only.
Students may cancel the pre-authorized payment method at any time, upon 30 days written notice to Speak Spanish Academy.
Students may terminate their enrollment in the Speak Spanish Academy program at any time by giving thirty (30) days written notice to Speak Spanish Academy.
Speak Spanish Academy reserves the right to terminate this enrollment agreement for non-payment of fees or for disruptive behavior by the student.
No refunds will be given for student's absence. Please note, however, the student will have the option to attend to a maximum of 3 make-up class during the school year (September to June). During the make-up weeks.
There are no regularly scheduled classes during Make-up classes. Make-up classes will be schedule on:1 week in December, 1 week in March and 2 weeks after the program ends. The student can carry forward make-up classes until the end of the program.
All make-up classes are arranged according to the program registered.
Missed make-up classes will not be rescheduled.
All missed classes must be reported beforehand by email, phone call or text.
Please note missed classes that have not been reported, prior to the class being missed, will result in the loss of a make-up opportunity.
Should an Instructor be absent, a substitute teacher will be provided.
Should the Instructor need to cancel a class, and there is no substitute available, the student will be given a make-up class.
In cases where Speak Spanish Academy cancels due to inclement weather, the student will receive a make-up lesson. Please check the company's website, social media or call/text for the status of classes during inclement weather. It is the responsibility of the students, parents or guardians to ensure the academy is open before attending classes.
